'Love my life!': Jennifer Lopez, 45, looks better than women half her age while showing off abs as she poses with her kids and dogs

She looks better than women half her age and seems to know it.

That must be why Jennifer Lopez shared a photo of herself with her six pack showing in a TBT Instagram snap from a People magazine shoot earlier this year.

The 45-year-old American Idol judge is also with her twins Max and Emme as well as three dogs (one is Casper Smart's Boxer).

'Love my life,' the Boy Next Door actress wrote in her caption.

The Booty singer added, 'TBT to an outtake from my People shoot...Love this pic.'

The Latina looker was in the back yard of her Hidden Hills home, which is currently up for sale.

The AKA hit maker - who said she could meet her next boyfriend in a bar during a TV interview on Wednesday - was wearing a black crop top and worn-in jeans.

Her children, who she calls 'coconuts' looked relaxed as they stood by the dogs. They turned seven this week and spent the day with mom J-Lo and dad Marc Anthony.

Lopez raised eyebrows on Sunday at the 87th Academy Awards in Hollywood when she got close to ex Ben Affleck, according to the Associated Press.

The 42-year-old actor 'whispered in her ear' and then the Glow perfume maker playfully 'swatted his arm,' a source said.

J-Lo interestingly did not bring her rumoured beau Casper Smart (who she traveled to India with in early February for a private concert).

And the Gone Girl star did not appear to bring his wife Jennifer Garner with whom he has three children.

Both Lopez and Affleck served as presenters at the awards show which saw Birdman win Best Picture, Julianne Moore take home the statuette for Best Actress and Eddie Redmayne pick up the Oscar for Best Actor.

'It was very, very beautiful,' Lopez told Diane Sawyer at the time of the engagement, adding that Affleck's proposal was 'traditional, but also in a very spectacular way, as of course Ben would do it.'
